A long quilted coat lined in a teddy-look surface that shows at the collar and along the open front. It covers past the knee, which is the point on the days you are outside longer than planned. The teddy-look lining runs the full length of the coat, which is what makes it feel heavier than it looks. It is the layer for standing still outdoors rather than walking fast.
Shipping is free of charge within the United States: USD 0.00, with no minimum order value and no handling fee. Every parcel ships with tracking.
Your order is processed and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days, and delivery then takes 5-8 business days, so the usual total is 6 to 10 business days. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Register the return by email to info@sashmina.com with your order number before sending anything back. If you are returning because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping; if the item is defective or wrong, we pay. There is never a restocking fee. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and checking your return.
Exchanges are free. You can exchange for a different size or colour within the same 30 days. Email us with your order number and the size or colour you want instead: we reserve the replacement and send it out as soon as the exchange is registered, so you do not wait for your return to reach us, and we pay both the return shipping and the delivery of the replacement. If the size or colour you want is no longer available, we tell you and refund you instead.

Sashmina uses one letter-sizing system across the whole shop, written the same way everywhere: XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL. Only the sizes listed above exist for this item.
