What to include
For anything order-related, your order number and the email address you used at checkout are enough for us to find everything. For a return or exchange, tell us which item and, for an exchange, which size or colour you would like instead. For a damaged or wrong delivery, a photo helps us sort it out in one message instead of three.
When we answer
Our inbox is staffed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST/EDT (Eastern Time). Messages that arrive outside those hours, at the weekend or on a US public holiday are answered on the next business day.
Quick answers
- Shipping is free within the United States and takes 6 to 10 business days in total.
- You have 30 days from delivery to return an item.
- Exchanges for another size or colour are free in both directions, and the replacement ships as soon as you register the exchange. If the size or colour you want is no longer available, we say so and refund you instead.
