Terms of service
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and every purchase you make through it. Last updated: 24 August 2026. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Who you are dealing with
This shop is operated by Mumora Media LLC, trading as Sashmina, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can reach us by email at info@sashmina.com; our inbox is staffed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST/EDT (Eastern Time). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Mumora Media LLC; "you" means the person placing the order.
2. Who may order
You may order only if you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract, and only for delivery to an address within the United States. Orders are intended for personal use, not for resale.
3. Products, images and descriptions
We describe every product by what is visible on it: cut, neckline, closure, sleeve, visible length, visible weave and the colours available as options. Product descriptions and photos show the item as offered.
Products are offered while stocks last. If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we contact you and refund the amount in full.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). This store displays tax-inclusive prices, so the amount shown on the product page already contains any tax that applies and nothing is added on top at checkout. Shipping within the United States is free, so no delivery charge is added either.
We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order that has already been confirmed. If an obvious pricing error appears on the site, we are entitled to cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than deliver at the incorrect price.
5. How a contract is formed
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of that offer. The contract comes into effect when we accept the order, at the latest when we dispatch the goods and send you the shipping confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if the delivery address is outside our delivery area, or if we reasonably suspect fraud.
6. Payment
Nine payment methods are enabled for this store: American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Union Pay and Visa. The icons displayed in the footer, in the cart and at the payment step of checkout are generated from the store's live payment settings and are the authoritative list. Your payment method is charged when you place the order. Card details are handled by our payment processors and are not stored on our systems. Full detail is in our Payment Policy.
7. Delivery
We ship within the United States only, free of charge, normally within 6 to 10 business days in total. The complete conditions, including processing time, cut-off time and what happens if a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged, are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates and not guaranteed dates.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you provided. Where a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we handle it as described in the Shipping Policy rather than leaving you to pursue the carrier.
8. Returns, exchanges and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, and exchanges for another size or colour are free in both directions. The complete conditions are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Your account and your conduct
You do not need an account to order. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that takes place under them. You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy its content systematically, or to submit content that is unlawful, abusive or infringing.
10. Intellectual property
The Sashmina name, the layout of this site and the texts written for it belong to us or to our licensors and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without our written permission. Product photography on this site is supplied by our suppliers and used under the rights they grant us; the rights in those images remain with the suppliers. Nothing on this site transfers any right in a third party's trademark.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly set out in these terms and in our policies, and except where the law does not permit it, this site and its content are provided "as is" and we make no other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
This disclaimer does not limit or exclude the specific commitments we make elsewhere on this site: the 30-day return right, the free exchange, our handling of defective goods and wrong deliveries, and our handling of lost or damaged parcels all remain fully binding on us, as do any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost opportunity. Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of this site.
14. Force majeure
We are not in breach of these terms where performance is prevented or delayed by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier failure, strike action or interruption of utilities or communications networks. Where such an event affects your order, we keep you informed and, if delivery becomes impossible, refund you in full.
15. Governing law and venue
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction, and you and we both consent to that jurisdiction. Where the mandatory consumer law of your state of residence gives you rights that cannot be overridden by this clause, those rights continue to apply.
16. Severability and changes
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. We may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
